MI FACELIFT INC. does not control or interfere with the independent clinical judgment of a treating physician.
A patient's medical relationship is with the treating physician or medical practice providing the medical services.
SERVICES FOR PHYSICIANS AND MEDICAL PRACTICES
MI FACELIFT INC. may provide participating physicians and medical practices with business and non-clinical services including, depending on the applicable agreement:
Marketing and advertising.
Patient lead generation.
Lead management.
Consultation scheduling.
Call-center and customer-service support.
CRM and technology support.
Patient communication systems.
Business development.
Training and operational support.
Branding and promotional services.
Administrative coordination.
Other business-support services.
The precise services, fees, obligations, territories, performance standards, licensing rights, and other commercial terms applicable to a participating physician or medical practice may be governed by a separate written agreement.
If there is any conflict between these website Terms & Conditions and a separately executed written agreement between MI FACELIFT INC. and a physician, practice, vendor, employee, contractor, or other business partner, the separately executed agreement will control with respect to that relationship.
NO GUARANTEE OF BUSINESS RESULTS
MI FACELIFT INC. may provide marketing, advertising, lead-generation, operational, and business-development services to physicians or medical practices.
However, MI FACELIFT INC. does not guarantee any particular number of leads, consultations, patients, procedures, revenue, profit, return on advertising spend, or other financial or business result unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
Actual results may vary based on market conditions, physician availability, geographic location, pricing, staffing, conversion rates, advertising performance, patient demand, and other factors.
PATIENT LEADS AND INFORMATION
Information submitted by prospective patients may be used to respond to inquiries, coordinate consultations, communicate regarding services, and connect individuals with participating physicians or medical practices as described in our Privacy Policy.
Participating physicians and practices that receive prospective-patient information are responsible for handling that information appropriately and in accordance with applicable privacy, medical, and professional requirements.
SMS AND TEXT MESSAGE PROGRAM
MI FACELIFT INC. offers two separate categories of text-message communications: non-marketing messages and marketing messages.
